About the Role
Posthog is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Executive to work with customers and drive adoption of their platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of commercial and technical skills, with expertise in Adjust. As a Technical Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and working closely with the product team to develop solutions that meet customer needs.The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide support and training, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Posthog's products.

What You Will Do
- Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements
- Provide support and training to customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Posthog's products
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Posthog's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Participate in sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the product team to develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Provide feedback to the product team on customer requirements and market trends
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a technical account executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of Adjust and technical skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the product development process
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI-powered tools and platforms
