About the Role
The Technical Account Manager role at Datadog is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-facing skills. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and technical services for Datadog's largest customers in the Thai market. You will work closely with the sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure that customers are getting the most out of Datadog's products and services.The role involves providing hands-on technical services, including supporting and adopting Datadog's comprehensive suite of products and features. You will also be responsible for analyzing customers' IT operations environments and providing recommendations to maximize Datadog's value. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to understand their goals and use cases, and suggest process changes, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements.

What You Will Do
- Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers in line with pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes
- Analyze customers' IT operations environments on a regular basis and provide recommendations to maximize Datadog's value
- Be the customer's advocate by knowing their goals and use cases, and suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements
- Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
- Collaborate with Datadog's product management, engineering, and technical services teams to help identify new features and products
- Continuously evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Datadog's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings
- Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders
- Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events
What We Are Looking For
- Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT operations
- Confident in hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Comfortable with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet
- Skilled in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.
- Knowledgeable about containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
- Previous experience working as a Technical Account Manager supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and engineering
- Experienced using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools
- Thai language proficiency is a requirement for this role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience with other cloud-based monitoring tools such as New Relic, Splunk, or AppDynamics
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Certified Solutions Architect
