About the Role
Twilio is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide technical support to strategic customers.Responsibilities
- Support customers during Central hours (9am to 6pm CT) and resolve complex technical problems
- Deliver proactive guidance to customers using Twilio technologies
- Prioritize and evaluate situational urgency
