About the Role

Twilio is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide technical support to strategic customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers during Central hours (9am to 6pm CT) and resolve complex technical problems
  • Deliver proactive guidance to customers using Twilio technologies
  • Prioritize and evaluate situational urgency

Requirements

  • Interest in digging deep into technical issues and looking at the larger picture
  • Ability to remain calm and effective at higher workloads
  • Excel skills
