Job Description

About the Role

Clickhouse is seeking a Technical Account Manager Architect to join their Support Services team. This role will provide consultative support, escalation insights, and oversight to a set of customers. The successful candidate will be highly technical, a great communicator, and have consulting, support, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative support to strategic and enterprise customers
  • Work on Support Cases for enterprise customers in an L3 role
  • Perform TAM functions such as project guidance, onboarding coordination, escalations, communications, documentation, roadmap, and meeting leadership
  • Engage in onsite regional travel up to 35% of the time

  • Proficiency in Adjust and Excel
