About the Role
The Technical Account Manager Architect will work with strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects. This role will provide consultative support, escalation insights, and oversight, while also assisting with support cases for enterprise customers.Responsibilities
- Provide useful solutions to users, customers, and prospects
- Offer consultative support and project management skills
- Perform TAM functions, including project guidance, onboarding coordination, and meeting leadership
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support

- Ability to travel regionally up to 35% of the time
