About the Role

The Technical Account Manager Architect will be a key member of our Support Services team, providing consultative support, escalation insights, and oversight to a set of customers in the LATAM region. This role will require regional travel for onsite customer visits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing TAM, consultative, and support functions to customers
  • Assist with Support Cases for enterprise customers in an L3 role
  • Perform project guidance, onboarding coordination, escalations, communications, documentation, and meeting leadership

  • Highly technical with a focus on providing useful solutions
  • Great communicator with team members and customers
  • Consulting, support, and project management skills and background
  • Proficiency in Adjust and Excel
