About the Role

The Technical Account Manager Architect will be a key member of our Support Services team, providing consultative support and technical guidance to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing TAM, consultative, and support functions to a set of customers
  • Assist with Support Cases for enterprise customers in an L3 role
  • Work with strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects
  • Perform project guidance, onboarding coordination, escalations, communications, documentation, and meeting leadership

  • Highly technical with a focus on providing useful solutions to customers
  • Great communicator with team members and customers
  • Consulting, support, and project management skills and background
  • Experience with tools like Adjust and Excel
