About the Role
SolarEdge is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team in the DACH region. As a key point of contact for defined accounts and locations, you will work closely with internal departments to provide tailored customer service solutions.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service solutions to support strategic customer goals
- Collaborate with technical support to solve problems and process proactive activities
- Create and present account analyses to optimize processes and products
- Work closely with Technical Support and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed studies in Electrical/Electronics Technologies or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience in service, customer service, or customer care
- Strong affinity for photovoltaics and customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and fluent in German and English
