About the Role

SolarEdge is seeking a committed and technology-enthusiastic Technical Account Manager to join their service team in the DACH region. The role involves working closely with internal departments and customers to develop tailored solutions and ensure seamless communication.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for defined accounts and locations
  • Collaborate with technical support to solve problems and develop proactive activities
  • Develop customer service solutions to support strategic customer goals
  • Conduct regular account analyses to optimize processes and products

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Electrical/Electronics Technologies or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of experience in service, customer service, or customer care
  • Strong affinity for photovoltaics and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and fluency in German and English
