About the Role
SolarEdge is seeking a committed and responsible Technical Account Manager to join their service team in the DACH region. As a key point of contact for defined accounts and locations, you will work closely with internal departments such as service, logistics, and sales.Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for internal departments and external customers
- Collaborate with technical support to solve problems and develop proactive activities
- Develop customized customer service solutions to support strategic customer goals
- Conduct regular training sessions for customers and create account analyses to optimize processes and products
Requirements
- Completed studies in Electrical/Electronics Technologies or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience in service, customer service, or customer care
- Strong affinity for photovoltaics and customer-oriented communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and fluent in both German and English
