About the Role

SolarEdge is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Munich, focusing on the DACH region. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for defined accounts and internal departments, working closely with technical support to solve problems and develop customer service solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for defined accounts and locations for internal departments
  • Work closely with technical support to solve problems and develop proactive activities
  • Develop tailor-made customer service solutions to support strategic customer goals
  • Ensure customers are regularly trained and meet required qualifications
  • Create and present account analyses to optimize processes and products

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Electrical/Electronics Technologies or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of experience in service, customer service, or customer care
  • Customer-oriented, communicative, and able to convey complex facts in an understandable way
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and fluent in both German and English
