About the Role

SolarEdge is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a key point of contact for defined accounts in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for internal departments such as service, logistics, or sales
  • Collaborate with technical support to resolve problems and develop proactive activities
  • Develop customer service solutions to support strategic customer goals
  • Conduct regular account analyses to optimize processes and products

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Electrical/Electronics Technologies or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of experience in service, customer service, or customer care
  • Strong affinity for photovoltaics and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and fluency in German and English
