About the Role

Docker is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic partner to its most critical customers. The successful candidate will help customers maximize the value of Docker's platform and bridge the gap between engineering and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption aligned to customer objectives and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with the sales team to document customers' software development life cycles and business goals
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to highlight the value provided to customers
  • Facilitate communication between customers and Docker's Support, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and developer tooling
  • Skilled at identifying patterns and building system-level strategies
