About the Role

Natterbox is seeking a technically savvy and customer-oriented Technical Account Manager to join their team in Australia. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Technical Account Manager and a Professional Services consultant, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a primary technical partner for a portfolio of customers across the Asia-Pacific and US West Coast markets, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers extract maximum value from the Natterbox platform.

The Technical Account Manager will work closely with customers to resolve complex technical challenges, identify opportunities for growth and engagement, and provide strategic guidance on how to optimize their use of the Natterbox platform. This role will appeal to professionals who are passionate about cloud communications, customer success, and technical problem-solving.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, providing technical guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure customers achieve their goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the implementation and optimization of the Natterbox platform
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive customer success
  • Develop and deliver technical training and support programs for customers
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Natterbox products and services
  • Work closely with the professional services team to deliver customized solutions for customers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides, user manuals, and technical notes

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering technical or professional services
  • Hands-on technical experience in at least one of the following: telecommunications or contact centre implementations; Salesforce administration; or Salesforce development
  • Experience supporting the management of multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment, with strong self-regulation and proactive communication habits

  • Experience working with cloud-based communication platforms
