About the Role

As a Remote Technical Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you will serve as a key technical contact for our customers, ensuring their success with our cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical liaison, supporting customer inquiries and case escalations.
  • Assist in the customer onboarding process.
  • Conduct quarterly health checks and business reviews.
  • Participate in rotation for on-call technical support during normal business hours.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage renewal risks and work with sales to secure successful renewals and upsells.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and share best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficient with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledgeable in enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to quickly establish technical credibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
