## About the Role The Technical Account Manager for Stripe Terminal partners with customers to deliver focused technical engagements, ensuring smooth adoption and scaling of in-person payments.

## Responsibilities - Run high-impact technical engagements for assigned Terminal customers, including pilots, rollouts, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide hands-on integration help, gap assessments, and targeted runbooks to customers.
  • Guide customers through reader provisioning, pairing, SDK integration, and cloud API usage.
  • Diagnose and resolve in-person payment issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Produce customer-facing artifacts such as integration checklists and runbooks.
  • Collaborate with Support, Operations, and Product teams to improve documentation and troubleshooting playbooks.
## Requirements Experience with in-person payments, technical account management, and digital payment systems is essential. Remote work and digital skills are highly valued.
