About the Role
The Technical Adoption Specialist position at Autodesk is a pivotal role focused on enabling the successful adoption of Autodesk solutions by strategic customers worldwide. This involves a deep understanding of construction engineering and the ability to support a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. The role is part of the Customer Success Management group, specifically within the Technical Adoption team, indicating a strong emphasis on ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes through the effective use of Autodesk products.Day-to-day, the role entails working closely with medium and large strategic customers globally to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. What You Will Do
- Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
- Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
- Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
- Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards.
- Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of customer success strategies.
- Continuously update knowledge of Autodesk products and industry trends to maintain a high level of expertise.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs and market trends.
- Participate in the development of training materials and knowledge base articles.
- Engage with customers to understand their business goals and objectives, tailoring coaching sessions to meet these needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industry needs and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or related engineering.
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Build, Pype, Autospecs, and Forma.
- Data management experience in a production environment.
- 5-6 years of experience in Construction or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical details coherently.
- Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience training others or creating learning collateral.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Strong communicator and ability to build relationships at all levels, taking initiative.
- Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
- Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, APIs, and Other Autodesk Construction solutions.
- Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages, beneficial for interacting with a diverse customer base.
