About the Role
The Technical Advisor role at Stripe is a critical position that involves supporting the Chief Revenue Officer for AI Users in driving the company's GTM strategy and solutions. As a key member of the AI Users organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the team operates with clarity and momentum, while also identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strategy, and technology, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.The AI Users organization is one of the most exciting and highest-velocity teams at Stripe, building economic infrastructure for AI companies and partnering with Fortune 100 companies on their agentic commerce strategies. As a Technical Advisor, you will be at the center of this effort, working closely with the CRO and her leadership team to drive the operating rhythm of the organization and ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work.
What You Will Do
- Own the team's weekly operating rhythm, preparing executive snippets and reporting for senior Stripe leadership, coordinating staff meetings and onsite agendas, tracking priorities and action items, and ensuring the team operates with clarity and momentum
- Prepare leadership for high-stakes engagements, including executive briefings for key customer and partner meetings, internal leadership forums, and external events and panels
- Support planning processes, including headcount planning, H1/H2 goal-setting, and investment asks
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Win AI and Agentic Commerce, ensuring the right people have the right context to make decisions and move fast
- Partner with Marketing to plan and execute events, including content and narrative development
- Track team health metrics and performance data to help leaders understand what's working and where to focus, partnering closely with Finance and Data Science partners embedded on the team
- Identify operational gaps and proactively propose improvements to how the team works, communicates, and makes decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the team
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy and operations, chief of staff, management consulting, or a related role at a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, from scoping through execution, with minimal guidance
- Strong written communication skills, with experience developing clear, compelling narratives and materials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and drive insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive growth and improvement
- Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Asana, Jira, or Trello
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

- Knowledge of GTM strategy and solutions
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
