Job Description
About the Role
Anypear is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to support a renowned architecture firm based in Perth, Australia. This role is remote and involves meticulous attention to detail in project documentation and collaboration.Responsibilities
- Proficient use of Revit with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Work alongside design teams to convert conceptual designs into detailed specifications.
- Create and maintain the firm's Revit Library and Templates.
- Utilize Autodesk products such as ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro to enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an architectural role with strong Revit capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Australian construction standards, including AS1428.1 and NCC Section J.
- Previous remote experience in architecture.
