## About the Role The Technical Architect for Go-to-Market plays a pivotal role in defining how GTM platforms work together in practice, translating business strategy and process into scalable system design. This involves working closely with various teams, including engineering, product, operations, and data, to ensure that designed systems are buildable, adopted, and maintainable. The position is central to the ecosystem, focusing on the full customer lifecycle from the first touch through to renewal and expansion.
The role is not just about drawing diagrams but involves direct collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure that what is designed is feasible and aligns with the company's long-term goals. The Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the architecture for Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and support tooling, ensuring clean handoffs, consistent data models, and scalable automation.

## What You Will Do - Define how systems connect across the full customer lifecycle, from lead to opportunity, close, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Structure solutions around core business capabilities to reduce fragmentation and improve reuse.
- Ensure clean handoffs, consistent data models, and scalable automation across domains.
- Lead architecture for Salesforce, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and support tooling.
- Partner with data teams to align system design with the GTM data model and downstream analytics needs.
- Define how AI is embedded into GTM workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure designed systems are practical and meet business needs.
- Work on reducing technical debt and improving the overall health of the GTM platforms.
- Participate in the development of the technology roadmap for GTM systems.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem, including marketing automation and customer success platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, data modeling, and data governance.
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration into business processes.
