The Technical Author - AI for QA position at TripleTen involves creating high-quality educational content for professional developers, focusing on the application of AI tools in QA engineering. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include designing engaging content for various formats, such as texts, draft slides, and screencasts, ensuring that all materials meet industry standards and align with the courses' objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA engineering, particularly in mobile QA, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA engineering tools.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to create course structures and learning objectives for professional developers.
  • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive content for lessons, manuals, guides, synchronous online sessions, and assessments.
  • Design and participate in the creation of learning videos as a speaker.
  • Ensure all content meets industry standards and aligns with course objectives.
  • Participate in the analysis of students' feedback and contribute to iterative content improvements.
  • Design the final project for the course.
  • Have the opportunity to participate as a teacher in synchronous online learning sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of educational content that satisfies the target audience's needs.
  • Work closely with the team to improve content based on feedback and performance data.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI-assisted QA engineering to continually enhance the educational content.

What We Are Looking For

  • Professional experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on mobile QA.
  • Solid knowledge of Kotlin.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA engineering tools and successful cases of their implementation.
  • Proven track record in engineer advocacy, tech leadership, conference participation, or mentoring.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to describe difficult concepts in a comprehensible way.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Desire to share knowledge and experience with others.
  • Ability to commit to 10-15 hours of work per week.
