About the Role
Spreetail is looking for a Technical Channels Specialist to enhance our e-commerce presence across various online marketplaces in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on data organization and collaboration.Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize product listings across multiple channels
- Collaborate with Channel Managers to ensure compliance with channel-specific requirements
- Monitor and improve item liveliness by tracking item statuses
- Develop proposals to support item launches and manage pipeline flow
- Streamline workflows to minimize backlog and optimize productivity
- Maintain standardized reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience in Project Management, Customer Service, or Account Management
- Strong organizational skills for managing data within marketplace portals
- Excellent communication skills in English for cross-functional collaboration
- Effective time management and adaptability to changes
