## About the Role At Ramp, Technical Consultants are at the forefront of establishing partnerships with customers, acting as liaisons between customers and internal technical teams. This critical role involves partnering with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to identify, prioritize, and build financial solutions for new and existing customers. The Technical Consultant will serve as a technical and financial subject matter expert for customers, designing solutions that address customer needs through Ramp and partner integrations. The role is specifically focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers running Oracle Fusion Cloud, supporting large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and highly customized financial workflows. This entails a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion and its integration capabilities with Ramp's accounting features. As a key member of the team, the Technical Consultant will define customer financial and technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. This role requires the ability to represent Product, Design, and Engineering externally, operating with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp's technical capabilities. ## What You Will Do - Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion - Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams, supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities - Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions - Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams - Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations - Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Fusion environments and workflows - Recommend best-fit Ramp architecture, including the use of Ramp's API - Be a subject matter expert across Oracle Fusion and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities - Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions - Contribute to internal documentation and tooling to scale Ramp's ability to support Oracle Fusion integration ## What We Are Looking For - Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and its integration capabilities - Technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features - Ability to integrate accounting features across all customer touchpoints and surface areas - Experience working with large, complex organizations with multi-entity environments - Strong understanding of ERP integrations and customized financial workflows - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams - Ability to define customer financial and technical success criteria - Experience with API integrations and system design - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis ## Nice to Have - Experience with other ERP systems and their integrations - Knowledge of cloud-based financial management systems - Certification in Oracle Fusion or related technologies - Experience in a consulting or advisory role, particularly in fin-tech - Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools ## Benefits and Perks - Opportunity to work with a leading fin-tech company - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional development opportunities - Flexible remote work arrangements - Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools - Competitive compensation package - Health and wellness benefits - Generous PTO policy - Annual stipend for professional development
