Job Description
About the Role
The Technical Consultant will act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams, partnering with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to identify, prioritize, and build financial solutions for new and existing customers.Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions
- Define customer's financial and technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion
Requirements
- Technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features
- Ability to integrate accounting features across all customer touchpoints
