As a Technical Customer Growth Manager, you will be working closely with a team of creators, engineers, and gamers united by a single mission: to build the most valuable growth layer in gaming. What You Will Do

  • Support Korean game studios through technical onboarding and integration across Passport, APIs, smart contracts, and growth tools
  • Work closely with Customer Growth Managers on partner strategy and help drive measurable outcomes for studios
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical teams
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, triage technical questions, and collaborate with engineering when needed
  • Advise partners on how to activate Immutable's growth products to improve player acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Share insights from the Korean market to help shape our product roadmap and partner experience
  • Grow into owning your own portfolio of accounts as demand expands
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including game studios, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive growth and innovation

What We Are Looking For

  • Native Korean and strong business English communication skills
  • A technical foundation, such as a degree in computer science or a similar field, or proven equivalent experience
  • Coding proficiency suitable for debugging, implementation support, and technical conversations
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, gaming, or high-growth environments
  • Ability to move comfortably between technical problem-solving and commercial growth work
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with curiosity for web3, games, and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Crypto native or prior exposure to web3, gaming, or digital assets
  • Experience in growth, performance marketing, or product experimentation
  • Familiarity with web3 ecosystems, NFT campaigns, or community-driven growth
