About the Role
Photoroom is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to enhance the experience of both Enterprise and self-serve customers. You will oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring that clients are supported effectively.Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications with Enterprise and self-serve customers.
- Guide clients through onboarding and demonstrate product features.
- Collaborate with the Technical Customer Lead to devise strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Execute customer success playbooks and update CRM tools with key insights.
- Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for client issues, documenting and escalating when necessary.
- Collect and structure customer feedback to drive improvement.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise and customer-facing skills.
- Experience with API-based customer interactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
