What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customer teams

  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical expertise and support

What We Are Looking For

  • Medior or senior-level experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role
  • Proven experience in AppSec or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with digital security platforms and tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships
