Job Description

About the Role

ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join its global Support Engineering team. This remote position, based in the Eastern Time Zone, will involve providing excellent service to customers across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and guiding ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings
  • Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source that can be shared with users, community, and customers via documentation, knowledge base, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training
  • Working closely with global Support Services, Engineering, and Go to Market teams on deeply technical aspects of POCs and suggesting improvements to Support processes at ClickHouse
