About the Role
Clickhouse is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join their global Support Engineering team. This is a remote position based in Australia, focusing on providing excellent service to customers worldwide.Responsibilities
- Supporting and guiding Clickhouse users, customers, and prospects via various channels
- Developing solutions based on Clickhouse Cloud and open-source platforms for users, community, and customers
- Collaborating with global Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management teams to define functionality and improvements
