About the Role

Clickhouse is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join its global Support Engineering team. This role will involve providing excellent service to customers across EMEA and beyond, interacting via various channels including chat, calls, Slack, and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and guiding Clickhouse users, customers, and prospects through multiple channels
  • Developing solutions based on Clickhouse Cloud and open-source technologies to share with users, community, and customers
