About the Role
As a Technical Delivery Manager at Adhesion Co., you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of the company's software integration and automation service, Managed Operations. This remote contract position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer satisfaction focus. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Adhesion Co.'s solutions into client systems, driving the successful execution of Managed Operations.The role entails day-to-day collaboration with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements, manage project timelines, and allocate resources efficiently. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as conducting thorough testing and validation of integrated systems.

What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Managed Operations projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
- Possess a deep understanding of software integrations, API technologies, and data exchange methodologies to facilitate efficient and effective integration processes
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of technical specifications and project objectives
- Allocate resources appropriately to execute integration projects efficiently, including coordinating with development teams and third-party vendors, if necessary
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides
- Analyze and improve integration processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar technical project management role
- Solid understanding of software integrations, APIs, and data exchange protocols
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple integration projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
