About the Role
The Technical Enterprise Client Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Gusto's enterprise clients, leveraging Symmetry's payroll compliance solutions to drive exceptional outcomes. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with proactive relationship management, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. As a key member of the client success team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and develop strategic plans to achieve their goals.The role entails day-to-day management of an enterprise client portfolio, conducting technical assessments, leading optimization sessions, and guiding clients through complex integrations alongside our Implementation Engineer. You will also manage the complete post-sale journey from implementation through adoption and retention, serving as both technical advisor and client advocate.
What You Will Do
- Manage an enterprise client portfolio, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client goals
- Conduct technical assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization
- Lead optimization sessions to help clients get the most out of Symmetry's payroll compliance solutions
- Guide clients through complex integrations alongside our Implementation Engineer
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Symmetry's products and services
- Develop and deliver training and educational programs to help clients achieve their goals
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product development and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive client success
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the payroll or HR industry
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in Salesforce and Excel
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with AI and automation, leveraging these tools to scale impact and drive efficiency
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic plans to achieve their goals
- Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably in a technical or operational role
Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll compliance solutions, preferably Symmetry's products and services
- Certification in a related field, such as HR or payroll
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
