You will also act as a bridge between business and engineering, ensuring that requirements are translated into technical solutions without misalignment or delays.

As a technical lead, you will be responsible for making scalable, future-proof architectural decisions, ensuring end-to-end product delivery, and enforcing high engineering standards. You will also drive execution and prioritization, balancing technical debt and product goals, and build a strong, collaborative engineering culture.

What You Will Do

• Lead a high-performing, aligned engineering team to achieve clear goals and deliver high-quality products
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering, translating requirements into technical solutions
• Make scalable, future-proof architectural decisions to handle growth, complexity, and long-term evolution
• Ensure end-to-end product delivery, including frontend and backend systems
• Enforce high engineering standards, ensuring code is secure, maintainable, performant, and production-ready
• Drive execution and prioritization, balancing technical debt and product goals
• Build a strong, collaborative engineering culture, fostering ownership, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product and business teams
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a full-stack environment
• Proven track record of building and scaling web and mobile applications from scratch
• Architectural expertise, with experience making scalable, future-proof decisions
• Experience working closely with product and business stakeholders
• Ownership-driven mindset, with a focus on accountability and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas clearly
• Strong technical skills, including TypeScript, Node.js, ReactJS, and Next.js
• Experience with APIs, including designing secure, scalable RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with payments and integrations, including Stripe and Zapier

• Experience with AI workflow orchestration, including prompt engineering and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with telephony and communication tools, including Twilio
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS or Google Cloud
