About the Role
As a Technical Lead at 3Pillar Global, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction and implementation of software development projects. You will lead a team of skilled developers, working closely with them to conceptualize, design, and deploy innovative solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in full-stack development, particularly in .Net and ReactJS, will be crucial in driving the technical vision of the project.The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that the developed solutions meet the required standards. You will be responsible for evaluating trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of the right solution.
As a technical lead, you will also be responsible for creating and leading the team's technical documentation and repository management practices. This includes creating branches, pull requests, merges, and other tasks related to version control.
What You Will Do
- Guide the technical direction and implementation of software development projects
- Lead a team of skilled developers, providing technical guidance and oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that developed solutions meet required standards
- Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact
- Create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures
- Collaborate with product management to define product requirements
- Work closely with the design team to ensure that the developed solutions meet the required design standards
- Ensure that the developed solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet the required performance standards
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
- Strong expertise in .Net and ReactJS
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving technical vision
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and version control systems
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and architectures
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
