About the Role
As a Technical Lead in Quality Assurance at 3Pillar Global, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest quality and reliability of the company's products. This role is pivotal in driving the QA strategy and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will be working closely with the Product Development Manager to devise and refine quality assurance strategies, translating strategic visions into actionable plans that enhance testing efficiency and product quality.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks, managing the practical application and optimization of automation frameworks, and acting as a liaison between the QA team and other departments. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving the adoption of advanced automation tools and practices, enhancing testing processes and product quality.
