About the Role
The Technical Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the technical aspects of solid stone works for hotel and casino projects. This will involve managing and coordinating with designers, drafters, and project teams to ensure that project requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.The Technical Manager will be responsible for reviewing and approving shop drawings, cut sheets, and technical submissions. They will also provide technical guidance and problem-solving related to stone fabrication and installation. The ability to ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed is essential, as well as communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
As a key member of the team, the Technical Manager will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making responsibility. They will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and to apply this knowledge to improve the efficiency and quality of the company's operations.
What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee technical aspects of stone works for hospitality projects
- Review and approve shop drawings, cut sheets, and technical submissions
- Coordinate with designers, drafters, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving related to stone fabrication and installation
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Manage and resolve technical issues that may arise during project implementation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in solid stone works, preferably in hotel and casino projects
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East
- Strong technical knowledge in stone detailing, fabrication, and installation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to start work immediately
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Experience managing or leading technical teams
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC)
