## About the Role The Technical Partner Manager role at Stripe is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of payment methods and technical integrations. As a key member of the Global Partnerships organization, you will be responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of strategic product partnerships and programs. Your primary focus will be on the health, performance, and scalability of Stripe's integrations with financial partners.

The Technical Partner Management team is responsible for driving implementation work with new and existing partners, managing relationships on an ongoing basis, and monitoring and optimizing stringent quality and performance targets. The team also drives programs and initiatives to address broad ecosystem challenges and builds technical solutions and tools that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

As a Technical Partner Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Partner Development, to support and drive process enhancements and technical solutions that benefit partners.

## What You Will Do - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support.

  • Collaborate closely with partners to define and implement successful integrations, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards for partner accounts, leveraging metrics and data analysis to monitor and improve partner health and satisfaction.
  • Work across multiple Stripe teams to support and drive process enhancements and technical solutions that benefit partners.
  • Assist in incident resolution by coordinating with internal teams to manage partner communications effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify inefficiencies within Stripe's operating model and propose and drive effective solutions to address them.
  • Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to partners, helping them leverage Stripe's technology and products effectively.
  • Drive technical reviews to improve partner performance and ensure optimal implementation of Stripe's products.
## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in a technical partner management or similar role, with a focus on payment methods and technical integrations.
  • Strong technical expertise, with experience in payment processing and technical integrations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Partner Development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process enhancements and technical solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics, with the ability to leverage data to inform partner management decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
