Job Description

## About the Role As a Technical Partner Manager at Stripe, you will play a critical role in driving the company's partnerships and technical integrations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with partners to define and implement successful integrations, establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards, and driving technical reviews to improve partner performance.

The Global Partner Engineering and Operations (PE&O) team is part of Stripe's Global Partnerships organization and is responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of new and existing product partnerships and programs. As a Technical Partner Manager, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with cross-functional teams to support and drive process enhancements and technical solutions that benefit partners.

## What You Will Do - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners - Collaborate closely with partners to define and implement successful integrations - Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards for partner accounts - Leverage metrics and data analysis to monitor and improve partner health and satisfaction - Drive technical reviews to improve partner performance - Work across multiple Stripe teams to support and drive process enhancements and technical solutions - Assist in incident resolution by coordinating with internal teams to manage partner communications effectively - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stripe's products and services - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the fintech space - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing partners

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations - Strong technical expertise, including proficiency in Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to navigate complex partner relationships and drive results-oriented solutions - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

## Nice to Have - Experience working in the fintech or payments industry - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools - Certification in project management or a related field
