About the Role
The Technical Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of AI-powered solutions at Applaudo Studios. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining a well-groomed backlog, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and leading release planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful product execution.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to drive decision-making. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

What You Will Do
- Own and maintain a well-groomed backlog, including detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization aligned with engineering and business needs
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies and drive alignment across distributed teams within the client's delivery framework
- Lead release planning, UAT, release notes, and usage reporting
- Act as the primary product point of contact for the development team and senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and priorities
- Triage bugs and enhancement requests, managing intake, prioritization, and assignment
- Support user interviews and discovery, synthesizing findings into backlog recommendations
- Ramp into multi-quarter roadmap and strategic prioritization responsibilities as engagement matures
- Leverage AI tools to improve documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and delivery speed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and product guides
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Agile/Scrum fluency, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition
- Proven experience managing product delivery across the full SDLC
- Proficiency with Figma and cross-functional product collaboration
- Active use of AI tools within product management workflows
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Background in consulting environments or experience within data-centric product organizations (highly desirable)
- Technical or coding knowledge (nice to have)
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of data analytics and metrics-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies
