What You Will Do
- Champion customer needs and advocate for their interests within the organization
- Identify and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive product development
- Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of product features
- Develop and own product requirements, from conceptualization through to launch
- Lead the process of defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success

What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a proven track record of developing successful products
- Significant experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of technical principles and development processes
- A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, with knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery principles
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decisions
- Experience shipping high-quality products in fast-paced environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes
- Background in conceptualizing, building, and delivering successful B2B web application solutions
- Familiarity with public/investor relations, newswire, media intelligence, or marketing communications industries is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and human-centered design methodologies
- Certification in product management or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
