About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be instrumental in leading Lavendo's AI agent builder platform. This role combines advanced technology with practical business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for the AI agent builder platform, focusing on strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on technical architecture and feature development.
  • Translate insights from over 200 partners into actionable product requirements.
  • Make informed product decisions utilizing data analysis, partner feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, compliance, and partner success teams.
  • Maintain high deployment speed while enhancing platform capabilities.
  • Create product specifications, manage backlogs, and lead agile development processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage in discussions around architecture and APIs.
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience building developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, and platforms.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Previous startup experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI technologies or voice solutions would be a plus.
