About the Role
The Technical Program Manager position at Adobe is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of customized 3D digital twin automation solutions to some of the company's largest enterprise customers. This role is part of the Enterprise Solutions & Delivery team within the Substance 3D Growth organization, focusing on ensuring customers successfully deploy and realize value from Adobe's solutions. As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of complex technical engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery and bridging the gap between customers and Adobe's product and engineering teams.The role requires a deep understanding of the 3D production pipeline in an enterprise context, as well as hands-on experience with 3D data. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects and the ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into bounded, executable work. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and has a strong problem-solving mentality.

What You Will Do
- Own the planning, scope, and execution of digital twin implementation engagements across multiple simultaneous customer accounts.
- Define project pace, manage timelines, and track deliverables against project plans or contracts, including measuring the return on investment value of what has been delivered.
- Serve as the orchestrator between the customer, product, engineering, and technical artist teams, coordinating what is being built by engineers and/or technical artists.
- Coordinate and lead customer-facing project meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews, relying on your credibility in 3D pipeline knowledge, technical skill, and problem-solving mentality.
- Work closely with solutions architects to translate customer requirements into executable delivery plans, setting the right expectations early on.
- Build positive relationships with customer partners and internal teams, including being the voice of the customer to Adobe's product team.
- Identify risks early and drive resolution before they impact delivery.
- Participate in the hand-off from pre-sales to post-sales for a smooth transition, maintaining a positive relationship with the Adobe sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of work experience involving technical project management in a software development context or technical professional services, including experience with APIs.
- A software engineering background, with the ability to write production code and hold your own in technical conversations with engineers.
- Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects successfully, with the ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into bounded, executable work.
- Strong knowledge of the 3D production pipeline in an enterprise context and architecture, including hands-on experience with 3D data.
- A proactive, customer-focused, problem-solving perspective, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management fundamentals, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable presenting to customers, developing relationships, and managing expectations, with a team-player mindset.
- Experience working in a globally distributed, multicultural environment, with the ability to adapt to different cultural and working styles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe's 3D and immersive technologies, including Substance 3D.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
