About the Role

The Technical Program Manager, AI Transformation, plays a critical role in driving the strategy, execution, and governance of AI-powered programs across CrowdStrike's Global Professional Services business. This position sits at the intersection of technology, GTM, AI governance, service operations, and productivity efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI initiatives and their applications in a cybersecurity context.

As a key member of the team, you will report to the Director of Strategy and Strategic Programs, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services Delivery and Operations, Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Compliance, and GTM teams. Your primary objective will be to deliver AI capabilities from concept to scaled adoption, ensuring they are purposeful, secure, scalable, performance-based, and support key business objectives.

The role requires a unique blend of technical depth and program management expertise to navigate complex environments and deliver measurable outcomes. Scalability, accuracy, cost, interoperability, and reliability will be key success criteria.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end program management of complex, cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring requirements are technically sound and well-defined
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent AI programs
  • Lead cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, and executive briefings with clarity, confidence, and technical credibility
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and blockers, driving resolution with urgency and transparency
  • Partner with Services Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to lead the execution of AI-driven initiatives that accelerate revenue growth
  • Ensure GTM readiness for AI product and feature launches, coordinating across enablement, communications, and field teams
  • Design, implement, and continuously mature governance frameworks for AI programs, ensuring responsible AI use, regulatory and compliance alignment, and stakeholder transparency
  • Establish and enforce program standards, policies, and review processes that support ethical, secure, and effective AI deployment
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead AI-powered productivity initiatives to improve operational efficiency

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in AI or cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, GTM strategy, and technical program management
  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership and collaboration
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
  • Experience with Excel and other productivity tools
