What You Will Do
- Lead the development of data integration and migration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and dependency discussions between business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with data integration and migration projects.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through the development and implementation of data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data management processes and data flows.
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What We Are Looking For
- Senior program management experience, preferably in a data integration or analytics role.
- Experience in leading large-scale data migration or integration programs, with a focus on process and strategy rather than hands-on coding.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehouse architecture, and data governance principles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other business systems data, including HR/payroll, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Ability to navigate complex data environments and drive structure from ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
