About the Role

Stripe is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Organization Access Platform (OAP) team, focusing on security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for critical security initiatives including API key security, Account Takeover (ATO) prevention, login access controls, and other risk/security/fraud prevention measures
  • Drive cross-team dependencies and collaboration between security, fraud operations, and product engineering teams
  • Track, communicate, and resolve program blockers across multiple workstreams
  • Develop implementation roadmaps and execution strategies for complex security features
  • Partner with engineering managers to define technical requirements and prioritize security enhancements
  • Establish metrics and reporting processes to measure program effectiveness
