Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, aiming to increase the GDP of the internet. The Risk and Compliance Engineering team builds products to lower financial and regulatory risk while maintaining a best-in-class user experience.Responsibilities
- Execute technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering knowledge.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other cross-functional partners to drive large programs to conclusion.
- Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs.
- Make substantial improvements to team communication and operation to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Define and produce high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation.
