Day-to-day, the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of the projects, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to guide the team towards common goals. The role reports to a senior manager and works closely with various teams, including development, sales, and customer success.

## What You Will Do - Manage and coordinate all aspects of digital projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and allocating resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members.
• Conduct risk management, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to approved budgets.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting customer and business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance project management and delivery.
• Facilitate continuous learning and improvement within the team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in managing technical or digital projects, preferably in a data analytics or similar field.

• Strong background in remote work, with experience in managing distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital skills and technologies, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.

## Nice to Have - Experience in the data analytics industry or a similar field.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies.
• Experience with psychographic clustering, data enrichment, and dynamic visualization environments.
