About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Technical Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional projects that build, enhance, and scale our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects that build, enhance, and scale our data infrastructure, including data lake, data vault, data marts, reverse ETL pipelines, and operational reporting systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Ops, Customer Service, and Engineering to translate business needs into robust, scalable data solutions
  • Support teams by facilitating roadmap planning and prioritization, managing the backlog, and coordinating external communications during incidents or ongoing issues

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in data platform project management, ideally involving modern data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics tooling
  • Proficiency in Excel
