About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter at Elevenlabs, you will be responsible for owning complex, high-impact technical hiring end-to-end. This involves shaping the search strategy, partnering with engineering, research, and leadership teams, and closing exceptional talent. You will be a key member of a small, high-powered team that is redefining the quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired.

What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, research, and beyond
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems, calibrate on signals, and continuously raise the hiring bar
  • Design and execute thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing
  • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality
  • Collaborate with the talent team to develop and implement hiring processes and systems
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, engineers, and researchers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the AI, ML, or software development space
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring requirements and the ability to identify top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience with recruitment tools and systems, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and leadership
