About the Role
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, and as a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and supporting the recruiting process.Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand technical role requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
- Support and scale university recruiting efforts, including building relationships with universities and engaging with student talent
- Lead the development of recruiting strategies and partner with the sourcing team to iterate on creative strategies
Requirements
- Excel skills are a must
- Ability to work with high agency and urgency
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and technical recruiting is preferred
